• Pan India: We provide free shipping across India. 
• Worldwide: Free shipping applicable for orders above INR 20,000.
• If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care at 8287420169 or mail us at support@gaiiaonline.com mentioning your order number and we shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Refunds

A canceled order within 24 hours will result in a credit voucher code for a future purchase or a refund in your bank account. Refunds will be processed in a form of a credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.

During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns might be delayed slightly.

Products purchased during Sale will not be eligible for refunds.

At no point in time, will GAIIA issue refunds more than the value of the product.
